These beautifully handcrafted spoons are made of Sheesham or Indian Rose wood. The wood is heavy and dense and has a superior strength which makes it high quality wood for fine furniture. The wood has a dark deep chestnut colour with a rustic appearance. The spoons made from Sheesham wood are smooth, beautifully carved and strong and durable. The spoons can be hand washed and wiped dry. They are ideal to be used in pickle and salt jars as they do not react to the salt content unlike metals.
