Description

Aqua Matrix team possess an in depth knowledge of the membrane based treatment applications, having worked in more than 200 installations of Ultra filtration and Reverse Osmosis systems. Ultrafiltration

Ultra - filtration is perhaps the most preferred pre treatment for Reverse Osmosis, Organic and Colloidal Silica control.
Aqua Matrix offers the latest generation Hollow fiber membranes with an in to out configuration. Ultra filtration systems piping are offered with a variety of  Materials , PVC, SS 304 and SS 316.

The Ultra filtration system operation is completely automated through a PLC, which controls the service, backwashing sequences and initiates the alarm for periodic preventive cleaning. Up gradation of the automation to a stand alone SCADA system / hook up to clients DCS.

Reverse Osmosis is an established economic way to treat brackish and Sea water to produce pure water to meet the drinking water or industrial water needs. Aqua Matrix offers Reverse Osmosis Plants for smaller capacities and custom built systems for larger flow rates.

Brackish water Reverse Osmosis Plants

Standard Units
Aqua Matrix pre engineered and standardized systems are offered for smaller flow rates. Pre engineered Standard Units offer significant advantages like lower cost, less start up time as the plant is shipped in pre assembled stage.

Custom Built units
Aqua Matrix custom built RO Systems are built to meet customers’ specific requirements. Pre treatment section is designed specific to the raw water quality available and to condition suitable as RO feed. RO systems are offered with the latest generation Spiral Wound Configuration Thin film Composite Membranes. For high fouling feed water Anti fouling membranes options are offered.

All RO systems come with the basic safety features to monitor on line Flow, Quality and pressures. Add on features like PLC monitoring and auto flushing with auto CIP are offered based on individual site requirements.  Optional provision to hook up with client SCADA / DCS or provide stand alone SCADA for the plant monitoring.

Sea water desalination
Aqua Matrix offers Reverse Osmosis Based Sea Water Desalination systems. Critical components like the high pressure booster pump, Energy recovery system and the Membranes are sourced from the best and proven vendors around the globe. The resultant project delivers the best quality of water, consumes minimum power and gives maximum life.
