Description

Maltosil - BIOAVAILABLE SILICA is Continuous cropping of high silicon demanding crops grown in pots, inert growing media, and hydroponics that will benefit from Maltosil usage. Without Silicon, these plants will suffer in a similar way to any plant lacking a major or micro-nutrient but the signs are not as obvious. Reduced photosynthesis, increased wilting and sunburn, increased insect and disease attack, low Brix, enhanced postharvest breakdown are all indicators of potential Silicon deficiency. Maltosil aid in the reduction of plant pests and diseases Highly suppresses bacterial and fungal diseases.
Uses: 
1. Moltosil works against sunburns and stress, yield enhancer, disease management.
2. Silicon can inhibit ethylene which reduces the speed of aging and death of harvested plant parts. Silicon treated plants have also been shown to maintain their chlorophyll (green) content over a longer period. The end result is produced with better shelf life and appearance.
3. Increases tolerance during stress conditions during extreme cold as well as summer.
4. Regulates uptake of minerals. Enhances the K/Na ratio. Reinforce the plant tissues. Regulates the enzymatic activity.
5. Reduces lipid peroxidation and reduces oxidative stress. Reduces osmotic stress.
Precautions: 
1. Keep the container closed.
2. Do not handle this product near food, feed, or water
3. Keep out of reach of children or animals.
4. Avoid breathing, ingestion, and contact with eyes, skin, or clothing of dust
5. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse
6. Contaminated clothing should be washed separately from domestic laundry and line dried.
7. Users should wash hands and face before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or the toilet
8. This material is not hazardous under normal storage conditions.
